This is my absolute favourite B&W photo of earlier this month. My daughter had tried on a new dress we got for celebrating Christmas in Australia, and I took some photos of her reading, twirling, dancing and singing.
I caught her afterwards leaning against the door in our sunny room, and asked her to pose for me. I love that she is just sitting naturally, and that she is smiling, I love that little reflection of light on her cheek, and the way her hands and feet just fall gracefully. My little sweet pea.
