Shadow

I am currently in the process of painting a canvas for my son's bedroom.

I don't know if anyone is familiar with an amazing illustrator Richard Sargent, well he did this gorgeous illustration for The Saturday Evening Post in the 60's called "Big Shadow, Little Boy".

I've been trying to recreate it using my own personal images - my own boy, his room, his favourite toys etc - so thus begun the challenge to capture a photo of him and his shadow.

Here are a couple of my attempts.....the challenge continues to find the perfect one!
